We are not a licensed telecom operator, mobile network operator, SIM provider or telecom regulator.

2) Scope of services

Our offerings focus on process and operational support. Specific scopes, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms may be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement ("Order"). In case of conflict between an Order and these Terms, the Order prevails for that engagement.

3) Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely inputs, access needed for delivery and to use our outputs lawfully. You will not misuse the site or services, attempt to breach security or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

4) Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, invoicing and payment schedules are defined in the Order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of all taxes and payable within the agreed timeline. Late payments may incur reasonable interest or suspension of work.

5) Confidentiality

Each party may access the other’s confidential information. Both parties will protect such information using reasonable safeguards and use it only for the engagement. Confidentiality obligations continue after the engagement as permitted by law.

6) Data protection and privacy

We handle business contact details and related information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the site or engaging with us, you acknowledge our data practices as described in that policy.

7) Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre‑existing materials, methodologies and know‑how. Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use deliverables internally for your business. Your trademarks, content and data remain yours.

8) Third‑party tools and services

Our work may involve third‑party platforms or tools. Those are governed by the third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party failures beyond our reasonable control.

9) Warranties and disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an Order, the site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or business. Our aggregate liability under these Terms or any Order is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TelePartner harmless from third‑party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or services, or from materials you provide that infringe third‑party rights.

12) Term, suspension and termination

13) Compliance

Both parties will comply with applicable laws including anti‑corruption, export controls and sanctions. You will not use the services in violation of law or for harmful activities.

14) Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including outages, natural events, labour issues or governmental actions), provided the impacted party takes reasonable steps to mitigate.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date indicates the latest version. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
